Do not order the same service from multiple sites
Placing the same order on SUB1GIAY.NET and another SMM panel at the same time may cause overlapping delivery, partial counts, or permanent drops. We cannot refund or refill orders affected by duplicate orders elsewhere.

SUB1GIAY.NET operates as a wholesale reseller marketplace. Services are fulfilled by third-party providers. Delivery speed, quality, and availability may change without notice.
- Listed start times and speeds are estimates, not guarantees.
- Service descriptions, minimums, maximums, and prices may be updated at any time.
- We may switch providers for a service ID to maintain supply or pricing.
- Minor count variations at completion are normal for social media metrics.
Order at Your Own Risk
All orders are placed at your own risk. Social platform algorithms, policy changes, and account status can affect results.
- We are not responsible for account restrictions, shadowbans, or content removal caused by third-party platforms.
- Orders on private, restricted, or incorrect links may be marked completed without refund.
- Once an order enters processing, cancellation is not always possible.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first may result in permanent account closure.
Do’s & Don’ts
Do
- Keep your profile or post public when required by the service.
- Double-check the link or username before submitting an order.
- Use drip-feed or smaller quantities for sensitive accounts when available.
- Open a support ticket if an order is delayed beyond the listed average time.
Don’t
- Order the same link on multiple panels simultaneously.
- Change username, delete posts, or switch privacy settings while an order is in progress.
- Submit adult, illegal, hate, or copyrighted content links.
- Abuse the API, create multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, or manipulate balances.
Platform Policies & User Guidelines
Refunds & refill
- Refunds are issued only to your SUB1GIAY.NET balance unless required by law.
- Refill is available only where explicitly stated on the service and within the listed refill period.
- Partial delivery may be refunded for the undelivered quantity after support review.
Payments
- All payments must come from legitimate sources. Fraudulent payments will be reversed and accounts banned.
- Bonuses, coupons, and promotions cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
Accounts & API
- One person or business may not operate multiple accounts to evade limits or abuse promotions.
- API keys are personal. Sharing keys or reselling access without permission is prohibited.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
Support
- Contact support with your order ID. Tickets about orders older than the stated support window may be closed.
- Abusive language or spam tickets may result in restricted support access.
